NEWS OF PACKING BRANCH: SEPARATE PACKING FOR DRINKS

 

Ukrainian company "Green Oul" has presented innovative working out at the exhibition «Prodekspo-2012»: a new way of packaging of two-componental mixes in a bicameral bottle where chambers are divided by a membrane.

 

Specially developed design of a stopper (Push-Pop) provides qualitative agitation of components without containment failure of a container. For packaging of juice-containig drinks the bicameral PET-BOTTLE is used in the general capacity of 250 ml with a stopping ring Bericap of 38 mm which design is patented.

 

Before drinking it is necessary to press a top of a cap and to destroy a membrane between bottle chambers. Then the condensed natural juice and water will independently mix up and will turn to a product ready to the use. Thus the bottle remains tightly corked. A small bottle is uncorked in the usual way and juice is drunk directly from a stopping ring.

 

Innovativeness of Push-Pop-technology is proved by the Ukrainian national and international patents protecting intellectual property rights of its developer Savinskiy S.V., both for a cover-container, and for special design of a bicameral bottle and for the packing-corking machine.
